- 1 lb country sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups taco blend cheese, shredded
- 10 large flour tortillas
- Crumble sausage in frying pan and brown.
- Scramble eggs with a little milk in another pan.
- Combine sausage, eggs, cheese, and enough catsup to hold mixture together.
- Heat tortillas in microwave on medium for 30 seconds.
- Place about 1/2 cup sausage and egg mixture on each burrito and roll up.
- Serve with picante sauce.
