Breakfast Souffle Casserole

Ingredients:

  • Great for breakfast buffets!
  • 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
  • 2 lbs cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 slices bread
  • salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix eggs and milk.
  3. Put slices of bread on the bottom of greased 9 X 13 pan.
  4. Put cheese over bread.
  5. Put bacon on next and then onion.
  6. Pour egg mix over and refridgerate overnight.
  7. Bake 45 minutes – 1 hour.
  8. You can serve this with bagels, fresh fruit, etc.
