Cornmeal Buttermilk Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 Egg

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth.
  2. For each pancake, pour generous 1/2 cup batter onto hot griddle. (Grease
    griddle if necessary.)
  3. Cook until pancakes are dry around edges.
  4. Turn; cook other side until golden brown.
