- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 118 tsp. pepper
- 112 c. evaporated milk
- Mix corn flakes with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk then roll in seasoned cornflake crumbs.
- Place chicken skin-side down in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
