Crispy Fried Chicken With Corn Flakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 118 tsp. pepper
  • 112 c. evaporated milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix corn flakes with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk then roll in seasoned  cornflake crumbs.
  3. Place chicken skin-side down in baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
