Spare Ribs tender grilled spare ribs in PF Chang’s BBQ Sauce.
5 lbs. pork spare ribs
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1. Place ribs in large pot of water; bring water to simmer; simmer 45 minutes; drain; transfer to dish; cool.
2. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; whisk to mix well; pour over ribs, turning to coat well; cover; refrigerate overnight.
3. To cook: Bake or grill until done and tender, approximately 30 minutes.
