Healthy strawberry milkshake recipe

A healthy alternative to a morning breakfast and it’s fast!  This milkshake is also an excellent source of energy. Substitute the ice cream for yogurt if you want an extra healthy shake.
* 8 strawberries, prewashed
* 3 big scoops of vanilla ice cream
* 1 tbsp.  strawberry syrup
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 tbsp. sugar

* Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender, until it is nice and frothy.
* Pour into your beautiful glasses and serve.
* Don’t forget to add the froth on top of the shake before serving.
* Decorate as desired.
