Healthy Triple Fruit Smoothie Recipe

TRIPLE FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices fresh or frozen peaches
  • 4 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 10 ounces apple juice or cider
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Description:

1. Place all ingredients in blender.

2. Blend until SMOOTH!

3. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with fruit and a dash of cinnamon.

Serves 2.
