How To Make Singapore Sauce recipe

Singapore Sauce aspicy sauce to use with your favorite Chinese and Oriental dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Madras curry powder pinch turmeric (optional)
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 cup vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha chile sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Description:

1. Combine vinegar, curry powder and turmeric (if using).

2. Mix well until powders are well dissolved.

3. Add soy, oyster and chile sauces and ketchup; mix well.

Makes about 2 cups.
