Singapore Sauce aspicy sauce to use with your favorite Chinese and Oriental dishes.
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Madras curry powder pinch turmeric (optional)
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 cup vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup Sriracha chile sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
1. Combine vinegar, curry powder and turmeric (if using).
2. Mix well until powders are well dissolved.
3. Add soy, oyster and chile sauces and ketchup; mix well.
Makes about 2 cups.
