HI FIBER BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 ice cubes

Description:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth.

2. If berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or sugar substitute for sweetness.
