Peanut Butter Candy Eggs
- 2 cups (1 pound) margarine or butter
- 3 cups peanut butter
- 2-1/2 pounds confectioner’s sugar
1. Melt margarine. Mix in peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar.
2. Roll into egg shapes and put on wax paper to “dry” for a little while.
3. Melt dipping chocolate while eggs are drying then dip eggs in melted chocolate.
4. Place on wax paper to allow chocolate to dry.
