Scrambled Eggs With Cottage Cheese Calories

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • – dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives

Instructions:

  1. Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
  2. In mediumsize skillet melt butter; when hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
  3. Serve immediately.
