Mock Lemon Meringue Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (2 layer) lemon cake
  • 2. c. prepared lemon pudding and pie filling
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping; thawed

Description:

1. Bake cake as directed on package in a 10″ tube pan. Cool. Split into 3 layers.

2. Stir pudding until smooth. Spread 1/3 of filling between layers and on top of cake.

3. Frost sides and top with whipped topping.

Refrigerate.
