Saucepan Fudge Brownies
- 1/2 c Butter Or Margarine; Melted
- 2 oz Chocolate; Unsweetened
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs; Large
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 3/4 c Flour; Unbleached
- 1/2 c Nuts; Chopped
1. Melt butter or margarine and chocolate in a saucepan.
2. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time.
3. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts and mix well. Spread in greased 8 X 8 X 2-inch baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
Makes 16 brownies.
