- Best if made in a crock pot
- 4 cans of kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 hot pepper
- Leftover turkey pieces
- 2 large cans of tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Add the ingredients and throw in the crockpot.
- Cook for up to two hours.
- We do a variation that changes, depending on the leftovers we have at the house.
- Get creative and throw in those leftover vegetables.
- Wonderful to serve with cornbread.
