- 8 carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 ribs of celery, cut into chunks
- 6 tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach handful of parsley
- 1/2 medium white onion
- 1 fresh beet, cut into chunks
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
1. Place all ingredients in blender or juicer. Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
2. Stir, chill and serve.
