Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Vegan


  • 1/2 cup (about 1/2 medium) diced Golden Delicious apple
  • 1/3 cup each apple juice and water
  • 1/8 tsp salt (optional)
  • – dash each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking roled oats, uncooked


  1. Combine apples, juice, water, and seasonings; bring to boil.
  2. Stir in rolled oats; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Cover and let stand several minutes before serving.
  4. Makes a 1 cup serving.
